Steph Herndon

The therapeutic relationship can be a strong predictor for success in therapy, which is why I want to share a little of who I am with you.  My focus is always teamwork when addressing any obstacles you are currently facing.  See more of how my approach, background, and credentials could help us create growth in your life.

Life is a journey of trial and error, ups and downs, but you never have to go at it alone. I want to be there to support you through it the best I can. I have worked with a wide range of clientele, but I know that you are always the best resource on gaining insight and understanding into your life.  My goal is to support and guide you through any struggle and teach you the tools to create and celebrate your accomplishments by growing your confidence and understanding of what you want in life.

I believe we gain momentum and success through working together, as you are the expert on your life and your needs, and I will help you identify ways you can take control and create change.  Throughout therapy I will use collaborative, mindful, and solution focused techniques to generate emotional and behavioral management.

A little about me

I believe life is meant to be lived fully through love, learning, challenge, and acceptance.  I am a mother and a wife, an athlete, an optimist, an adventurer, and an advocate.

I love being outdoors and playing sports.  I love starting my day off with a hot cup of coffee and my planner.  It’s my hope to one day educate and develop new clinicians.
